High-reliability organizations (HROs) are high-quality operations that are relatively error-free over long periods of time. A “layers of protection” approach helps mitigate risk and reinforce a prevention culture in order to become a high-reliability organization. This course is intended for those interested in improving the reliability of their organization by establishing a systematic approach for investigating and preventing problems in their department or across their business unit.
An overview is provided of the Cause Mapping® method and how it aligns with a scientific approach to objectively and consistently dissect all problems.
