Cause Mapping Online Workshop

Registration information

The online workshop consists of four modules that are led by a live ThinkReliability instructor.

Module 1: August 9, 2016 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM CST
Module 2: August 10, 2016 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM CST
Module 3: August 11, 2016 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM CST
Module 4: To be scheduled with ThinkReliability Facilitator

Registration Fee: $1,195 per person
CEUs: 1.4
Prerequisites: None
Other: Internet connection, phone (preferred)

Online Connection: Once you register, you will receive email invite that will include login information. Each attendee will receive a user name and password to enter the training session. Once connected, you have the choice of listening via your computer speakers or via telephone line with dialing options.

Materials: Each of the modules will also have supporting training materials (workbook, sticky notes, handouts, Cause Map poster) to be used to follow along as well as capture notes during the training. These materials will be shipped to your address in advance of the workshop. Standard shipping to a US or Canadian address is included with registration. If you are shipping the training materials to an International location, then you will need to add on the international shipping option during checkout to cover added expenses.

If you register after Friday, July 29th, ThinkReliability cannot guarantee arrival of the materials prior to the start of the workshop. You have the option of adding Overnight Shipping for an additional fee of $50.00. This option is available during checkout.

  • Apply fundamental cause-and-effect relationship patterns to expand your solution set

  • Avoid the 5 communication traps that derail group problem solving sessions
  • Turn “lessons learned” into “best practices” within the work processes
  • Incorporate facilitation tips and strategies when leading a group problem solving session
  • Drive a “prevention” focus instead of “blame” during an investigation
  • Organize and document information within our Excel Cause Mapping Template
  • Build a Cumulative Cause Map to share lessons learned across your organization
