Live in-person public workshop

The Cause Mapping Public Workshop provides valuable problem-solving skills that you can immediately apply within your organization. This is a three-day workshop with the option of only attending the first two days. Day 3 of the workshop includes documentation training using the Cause Mapping Template in Excel. Both options are listed below.
Day 1: Introduction to Cause Mapping – basic concepts and fundamental principles
Day 2: Conducting a complete investigation including evidence collection. Includes exercises and case study application
Day 3: Facilitating and documenting a complete investigation using the Cause Mapping Excel template.
Note: Laptops and an external mouse are required for Day 3 only.
