Whether working with our existing resources to see external projects through to completion for clients or to drive exceptional projects internally, the Project Manager position is key to getting stuff done. We’re looking for someone who is able to identify a need before it’s realized and be one step ahead when solving problems. This role will have a direct impact on the ThinkReliability culture and client experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager position will oversee the management and progression of internal and external projects, which includes but is not limited to client facilitations, client overviews, certified facilitator program candidates, plus office and workshop process management. This position assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes project progress. In this role, we’ll ask you to leverage your experience as a project manager to deliver high-quality experiences to clients as well as drive internal initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager will:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, provide a quote to the client, create new project record in project management software
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives
  • Develop and manage project schedule and work plan with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assign and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
  • Ensure project documents (quotes, contracts, deliverables, etc.) are complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Provide project updates to various stakeholders throughout project
  • Manage customer satisfaction during the project as well as during deliverable and project wrap up
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals/training materials as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the deliverables to clients
  • Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards
  • Communicate any relevant information for project billing purposes to the accounting team for final invoicing and project closeout
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
  • Collaborate with HR to forecast recruitment needs within ThinkReliability based on project workload and team capacity
  • Other opportunities and duties may arise dependent on needs identified by employee

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or relevant related experience a plus.
  • 4+ years of project management and related experience.
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Experience working with multi-site or remote employees.
  • Self-starter who is willing to do what it takes to get things done.
  • Inquisitive and detail-oriented personality, seeking to comprehend complex systems and processes.
  • Continuous optimizer.
  • Not afraid to take initiative and help wherever needed.
  • Experience in process creation and change management.
  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be effective independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact within all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment.
  • Solid computer skills, including using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
