JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing specialist to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. This is an opportunity to build hands-on experience on a small in-house marketing team. The marketing specialist will collaborate with the team in all stages of marketing campaigns for the different service and training offerings of ThinkReliability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with website content and design, including organizing content, and adding upcoming events
  • Create and edit social media content and manage presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, ThinkReliability’s blog and additional channels
  • Assist with writing, editing and publishing blog content
  • Assist in creating and maintaining ThinkReliability editorial calendar and marketing strategy
  • Assist in editing/writing email marketing campaigns and building automated workflows
  • Assist in the creation of mass emails, including a weekly newsletter and event promotion
  • Compile photos for use with email newsletter, blog posts and social media
  • Assist in ensuring online training sessions provide a positive customer experience
  • Develop and monitor analytics reports
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience required. Internship experience will be considered
  • Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, and Pinterest) in a business setting
  • Excellent written communication skills, specifically for website and social media audiences
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Must enjoy being creative and working within a team
  • Ability to work independently, hit deadlines and take initiative when needed
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of web page design, advertising concepts and publication design
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices preferred
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
  • Experience with UX a plus
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, MailChimp and the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Familiarity with inbound and email marketing a plus
