POSITION: Cause Mapping Facilitator

This position is for a full-time facilitator to assist and lead client projects and investigations. The projects are for a variety of industries and working with everyone from front-line personnel to managers and executives. We are looking for a skilled, technical resource for our clients to make sense of complex problems by digging into the details. A critical thinker with a creative aptitude and strong communication skills, who works well in teams is vital. A technical, industrial background with 2 to 5+ years of practical experience is essential – power plant, chemical plant or refinery experience is preferred with a solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, process equipment and rotating/mechanical equipment. Ideally, this job is for a degreed engineer who has worked in a technical role within manufacturing or maintenance. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are critical.
