The Cause Mapping workshops can be delivered in different lengths - the right workshop is determined by the level of knowledge and skill required for the audience.

      One-day Workshop
A one-day workshop is a condensed version of the Two-Day Cause Mapping workshop with fewer examples, shorter exercises and less practice.  The one-day workshop is a very effective way for people to learn the basics of a root cause analysis and obtain some practice on applying the Cause Mapping method in their group.  Attendees will be prepared to actively participate in investigations.

      Half-day Introductory Workshop
A four-hour workshop is an effective introductory workshop with complete examples and demonstrations. The half-day workshop provides all attendees with the basic skills required to improve their understanding and approach to investigating and solving a problem.

      One and Two-hour Introductory Workshop
A One or two-hour workshop is Intended for front-line personnel that troubleshoot and solve problems daily in their jobs.  These individuals definitely will contribute and participate in investigations, but they probably will not be leading and documenting complete investigations.  This course serves as an introduction to Cause Mapping, enabling attendees to apply basic problem solving and improve communication skills.

      Managers Overview
