Thank you for your interest in ThinkReliability’s Cause Mapping Workshops. Please fill-in the following form and a quote will be emailed to you. The total cost of training includes the workshop and any necessary travel expenses for the instructor. We strive to minimize these expenses with advance purchase coach class tickets (when available), discounts and combining trips with other clients. Our workshops can vary in size and include a workbook, reference material and templates for each participant.
Please select the workshop that you are interested in (Cause Mapping I – Effective Root Cause Analysis or Cause Mapping II – Facilitation & Documentation) along with the length of the workshop. Below are some guidelines for determining which workshop is best for your target audience:
- Two-Day: This is our most popular workshop and is a comprehensive training session that will provide the attendees with several example problems and practice exercises. This workshop is a requirement for those that will be leading, facilitating and actively participating in an investigation.
- One-Day: The concepts from the two-day workshop are also covered in the one-day. Participants will be given the opportunity to practice with exercises and leave the workshop prepared to actively participate in an investigation.
- Half-Day: Participants are introduced to the Cause Mapping methodology and will be prepared to participate in an investigation.
- Manager’s Overview: The Manager’s Overview is intended to introduce Management to the Cause Mapping method and cover what they should expect during their investigations.
