This workshop is designed for those individuals that have already attended a Cause Mapping workshop and are wanting to take their problem-solving and investigation skills to the next level. Through hands-on application, you will learn how to effectively collect and organize information about the problem, lead a structured investigation and provide clear documentation in an Excel Project Workbook. We will spend the majority of class time applying the skills rather than on theory and concepts. A significant portion of the workshop will include hands on training using Excel to capture and document problems. It is recommended you submit a prepared Cause Map at least one week prior to the workshop. The purpose of this pre-work is to allow you the opportunity to discuss your experience with the instructor during the workshop, and receive productive criticism. Due to the one-on-one interaction between the instructor and attendees, the class is limited to 10 people. Laptops or PC Lab is required for this workshop
