The Cause Mapping II - Facilitation & Documentation two-day workshop is a follow-up to the Cause Mapping I workshop where you will enhance your ability to lead a group of people through a comprehensive problem investigation, including the implementation of solutions and documentation of the entire incident.
Facilitating an investigation is the clear collection and organization of all relative information. While the Cause Mapping method consists of basic steps and simple tools, it’s important to know how to effectively document an incident as it can greatly impact the time it takes to complete an investigation.

Prerequisites: Cause Mapping I workshop. Applied Cause Mapping to at least one problem within organization.

TheCause Mapping I & II - Three Day Workshop combines our two stand-alone workshops together so you can learn the entire Cause Mapping method in one training session. Day 1 will focus on basic concepts and fundamental principles. Day 2 will cover all the steps of a complete root cause analysis, including evidence collection and provide time to practice these skills. Day 3 will cover how to facilitate and document a complete investigation.
